Pets: We welcome pets and charge a $75 pet fee. The first pet fee is included in your booking when selecting "pets." Additional fees apply for multiple pets. Country Living: As part of the authentic country experience, you may notice a few insects, especially in warmer months. We do treat the property regularly. It is also located on a gravel road that is usually well-maintained, but does sometimes have potholes after rain. Water Source: The house is on a private well. Seasonal Maintenance: In winter, our team will provide snow removal for any snowfall over 2-3 inches once the snow has stopped. We will do our best to clear it before your arrival if it snows on your check-in day. Security: For your peace of mind, the property is monitored by exterior security cameras facing the driveway and entrances.
