Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2-bedroom house and all its amenities. This includes the private deck, hot tub, fire pit, and yard. While the garage is not available for guest use, the driveway accommodates 2-3 vehicles.

Other Details to Note

Seasonal Amenities: The grill is available seasonally, typically starting in the spring. The kayaks and paddle boat are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your stay is outside these dates, please contact us to check for availability, as we are happy to accommodate when weather permits. Well Water: The house uses well water. We have a whole-house filter and an additional filter on the fridge. The water is tested regularly and is perfectly safe to drink, but guests may occasionally notice a slight sulfur smell, which is harmless. Pets: We welcome pets and charge a $75 pet fee. The first pet fee is included in your booking when selecting "pets." Additional fees apply for multiple pets. This listing is for the two upstairs bedrooms only, which allows us to offer a more affordable rate for smaller groups. The two additional bedrooms on the lower level will be locked and unavailable. Katie's place was perfect! It is on the water as advertised advertised. The views of the l lake are beautiful. I had in-person client meetings, and it was perfect for my purposes. There is a huge dining room table that looks out onto the water. So we could all spread out with computers and have a peaceful view. We took breaks and watched some of the Olympics, and there was plenty of room on the sectional for everyone. It was a really comfy sectional, too. Sometimes they are stiff and uncomfortable, but this one was so relaxing. The kitchen was well appointed and the refrigerator was immaculate. I slept over, and the bed was heavenly. I am not sure what type of mattress that is, but I had very restful sleep and felt totally refreshed. One of the nicest things was the checkout. I just had to start the dishwasher and that was it. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. Katie answered all questions and made helpful suggestions. Definitely booking again in the summer to go fishing!

Katie was a wonderful host, she was super friendly, very responsive and her home was beautiful and very peacefully decorated. The hot tub was super relaxing overlooking the lake and the neighbor was friendly as well. I definitely recommend the stay and hope I can make it back for a future visit!

awesome home! it has everything you need and more! I only needed my own clothes and the rest was provided. so thoughtful, and Katie was very friendly and helpful. we lived seeing the lake and snowed sight everyday and would love to come back here in the summer too.

Without a doubt, WILL be booking here again. Home felt so cozy and inviting; even had the sweetest little christmas tree. We arrived at 1am and it had snowed. When we woke up around 8am, our walk and driveway had been shoveled!! I dont think Ive ever had a host that went this out of their way to provide us an outstanding (and safe) experience. There were so many amenities available. I dont think theres a single thing we needed, even had salt available for outside. Katie is a phenomenal host and I would rent anywhere that she lists. Kind, attentive, detail oriented

We came into town to visit family for Christmas and stay in Airbnbs often — this was truly one of the nicest, most thoughtfully prepared homes we’ve ever stayed in. Katie thought of everything to make our stay seamless. The house was spotless, extremely well stocked (towels, cleaning supplies, baby items, kitchen essentials), and felt like a true home away from home. We would happily book here every time we’re in town and can’t wait to come back in the summer — the view is absolutely beautiful!

We stayed here during our transition from selling our home to waiting for our new home to be ready. Katie was so friendly and responsive. The house was as described, very clean and well stocked. I felt very comfortable. Since it was winter we didn’t make use of the lake but it was definitely a beautiful view.

We had a great girls weekend trip! Enjoyed the large living room space & huge dining table! We had everything we needed…a stocked kitchen & pantry with goodies, spices, cooking pans & utensils, paper plates & so much more! The star of the weekend was the hot tub! Just perfect! Beautiful views! We will definitely return in the future!

Katie’s place was amazing! My wife and son and I came up from Florida to visit family. The house was perfect for hosting everyone and had an amazing yard for hanging around the fire. Place was fully stocked with amenities including comfortable king sized beds. Close to town. Will definitely be back!

We had a great adults weekend trip. We enjoyed the hot tub and a fire out back (wood was provided so an added bonus!) with the beautiful views. The backyard was very private and beautiful. The home itself was cozy and comfortable. The king beds were so comfortable and the sectional was big enough for all of us to cozy up on and watch a movie. Katie was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat. Lots of little added perks were very much appreciated… coffee pods, pumpkin biscotti sticks and some yummy Tostitos and salsa/munchie bag to name a few. She had everything we needed! Thanks so much for your hospitality and we will definitely be back!
